    Nov 10,2012 My 25th Bday to February 11,2013! In 3months I've went from a 3X in dresses, 2X in all tops, 36-40 jeans & size 11 in shoes to a size 12 in dresses, an L/XL in tops, 13/14 in jeans and a size 10 in shoes. I wore a size 12 coat yesterday for church & I started to tear up for I bought this coat 3years ago n now I'm finally able to put it on& button it up with ease. I'm not finished yet but I must say I want to give a hug thanks to you Rachel& the Zumba family for encouraging me to want to press on for it was a huge struggle and I praise God for changing my mind set and putting me n a positive environment to complete my transformation. Thank You :)

    Rachel, your class is heaven sent. I’d been dieting without much luck because I couldn’t find an exercise routine that I would stick to. I began Club Rachel regularly in April and by August I’d lost 36 lbs! Today is Nov. 1 and I am beginning my second phase of weight loss. I know that I will lose the last 35 lbs with the help of YOUR Zumba class. You are a life saver, literally! Forever grateful, Nikki

    Once again Rachel I would like to thank you. It's been over a year now and I still LOVE coming to Club Rachel. Since I started my weight loss journey I have lost 69 pounds and dropped 4 dress sizes thanks to Zumba, strength training and Weight Watchers. It's nothing like shopping for clothes in a smaller size!

Then i started Zumba November 2011, and i have lost 27lbs, and i feel fabulous! my body does not jiggle when i walk (my husband's words).     I have lost 60 pounds and dropped from a size 18 to a size 10
    My goal is size 8
    I am hooked

    Since I've joined Club Rachel (over a year ago), I've lost over 30 lbs. This also includes strength training in the gym and zumba twice a week. I feel sexy and have a great amount of energy. Zumba is a way of life for me!

    For years I have been looking for something that will make me get up off the couch and move. Well I have found it. Zumba and the Club Rachel instructors are the best. In December of 2011 I had weight loss surgery. With having to lose over 100 lbs. I didn't know how it was going to come off. My co-worker invited me out to a class in January 2012 and I have been coming ever since. I have lost 54lbs., and feel great. I love the energy and dance moves, and music Rachel brings to each and every class. I am getting a fantastic workout while having fun. Thank you Club Rachel Zumba Fitness for helping me.

    I truly believe that it was my destiny to find Club Rachel and my Zumba family last November. I was at a turning point in my life and was at my heaviest weight ever. I met a new, dear friend and she invited me to Zumba. Four months and 25 pounds later, I can't imagine life without fellowshipping with my Zumba sisters at least twice a week. I am so thankful to Rachel for reminding me of the strength that I have within and helping me to tap into it.

    Rachel saved my life! My health was twirling out of control. Being a 7 year breast cancer survivor you would have thought I would have gotten control of my body/health. I didn't. I put on 40 pounds after my treatments. It was only when I was hospitalize on Christmas Eve (2011), unable to see and getting another diease diagnose (diabetes), that I knew I had to do something. I've been coming to Rachel's classes since January. I fell in love during the first class! All I talk about is Rachel. I had my 3 month check-up with my doctor yesterday and he was amazed with my 17 pounds weight lose and more importantly my blood glucose number went from 9.4 to 6.8! I no longer take insulin or two pills a day. I only take one. My blood pressure & cholesterol are normal again. I still have another 20 pounds to go. I know Rachel Zumba and my healthy eating will help me reach my goal. I am so grateful and bless that I have another chance to get my health right!! See you at Zumba!!

    Hi Rachel! I started Weight Watchers in January 2011 and added Zumba in June 2011. As of last week I lost 50 pounds. It took me a little over a year to accomplish it but it was worth it. Thanks to you and WW I feel great! My daughter and I love the class and we look forward to it every week! :)

    Rachel: I am a Zumbaholic, a true Zumbaholic. I have soooo much fun in your class. I come every Tuesday and Thursday and am amazed of the number of people that will stand in line to get in your class. My friends are amazed because all my life I have been fighting health issues,and now need a third hand to count the number of surgeries that I have had. Since I started Zumba, I can do almost anything. I've never felt so good. Thanks Rachel

    Since signing up for Club Rachel for approximately one year,there's been significant changes in my health. My blood pressure is under control, no need for daily medication, only as needed. My cholesterol is under control, no medication needed. And most of all, I've lost several pounds. Along with zumba, proper foods, and lots of water,I did it. When I first started Rachel's zumba, I was approximately 160 pounds,feeling heavy and sluggish with no energy. Presently I'm approximately 148 pounds, hiting 150 sometimes depending on my eating. Thank you Club Rachel!!!!

    If you want to be motivated to workout, joinClub Rachel's Zumba. I have been faithfully attending for a year, I am proud to say that I lost 30 lbs. Of course, like any other excercise, to be sucessful you have to do your part by watching what you eat and drink.

    If you want to burn calories while having fun, meeting new people and get heathier you definitively need to attend Rachel's Zumba class. Last class I burned 1200 calories in an hour. Isn't that awsome? I have been to other Zumba classes, but Rachel's class is the BEST. I just love it!!!

    I go to the Glendale center and the Zumba class is soooo much fun. This is what i sing in my mind when working out " I am, I can, I will, I do"....and the hour goes by so fast. And it works....3months in and 18lbs gone.

    I'm so grateful to my daughter-in-law for introducing me to Club Rachel. I started my zumba journey in the summer of 2010, but took a hiatus until the summer of 2011. Since August 2011, I have lost 25 lbs., and I feel great! Zumba not only helps with toning and weight loss, because of my love for music it's also like a big party; hence Club Rachel. Thank you, Rachel and the Club Rachel team.

    Thank you so much for your humble spirit. I love the realness and positive attitude you bring to all your classes. I started out on Saturdays in March and then the next week joined in on the Tues and Thurs classes. I love it and enjoy my mommy alone time in Zumba. I really miss it when I can't come. You take care of yourself and take breaks and vacations when needed. Because we want you in good shape to Zumba with us for a long time. Thanks again and May God continue to bless you and your family and our classes.

    Rachel, three weeks ago I started coming to your class and I love it! So many folks crowd around you I never get the chance come and thank you. For years I have been overweight and un-enthusiastic about attending any open aerobics class. ZUMBA is just how you described it and your enthusiam in addition to party lights and good music makes it great and loads of fun. I knew I was serious when I bought my belly dancing skirt!     I am still on a high from Tuesday's class. The thump of the music continues to play in my head.

    It was such a compliment to hear you say I was mirroring your moves. I work hard on replicating what you do and study your movements intently. You set the bar high.

    There is so much I want to express without sounding corny. But the truth of the matter is that I derive so much geninue plesure from the class. Its pure and unexpected.

    You inspire and motivate me to be my best. It goes beyond your skill and energy: there is a connection I feel with you when dancing. The closest I can compare it to is like your favoriate entertainer on stage connecting with the audience. Nothing else matters for that hour.

    On behalf of the whole class, I thank you for the passionate way you instruct and giving 100% of yourself. Club Rachel Rocks!!!
